Also it helps your brian. Your brain is always in overdrive but sleep takes it out and put it in park. With the sleep it helps you not to be sick or have frequent headaches.

ReplyDeleteI love this post almost as much as I love to sleep. I think sleep definitely grows on you as you get into your teenage years, it seems I can just sleep forever now unlike when I was younger and I hardly ever slept.
I enjoyed reading this blog and love to sleep. I didn't know all the health benefits that sleep causes.
