Why is Sleep Good For You?

     Most adults think I'm joking when I say sleep actually is the good thing to do on your days off. Adult usually  say stop being lazy and get out the bed and go outside. Although sleep actually helps you lose weight. Studies have shown that when you sleep you actually burn calories. With burning the calories we also are relived of stress of the mind.
     Sleep also helps your nervous system repair and get ready for the next day. Besides the science everyone can agrees sleep just feel good. With research of sleep they cure diseases like sleep abniea. Also it helps your brian. Your brain is always in overdrive but sleep takes it out and put it in park. With the sleep it helps you not to be sick or have frequent headaches.

    I love this post almost as much as I love to sleep. I think sleep definitely grows on you as you get into your teenage years, it seems I can just sleep forever now unlike when I was younger and I hardly ever slept.
